Sons of the forest is a horror survival game.
at the start of the you spawn in a helicopter and the helicopter crashes on the island when it crashes you are left on the island with only 1 nocturnal called as Kelvin.
Kelvin can not hear because of the helicopter crash his ears where hurt so you talk to him with paper and he will help you to gather materials for survival you can tell him to gather logs , sticks , rocks and more
on the island there are 2 types of dangers.
the first kind are cannibals they spawn in the forest next to their camps and if you build a base they will come and raid you base so you have to guard your base
the second kind is mutants they spawn in the caves and they are really strong so you should be careful when you kill them you can skin them with your tactical knife and get creepy armor they are the second best armor in the game.
To survive you need food and water so you kill animals like fish, deer, reindeer, birds and more for food and for water you can drink from the river but you would take damage so you need to boil the water for it to become clean water then you can drink it.
you must gather items and weapons to survive the are all around the island in caves, bunkers, forest and the beach you can find a shotgun , katana, machete, firefighter axe, modern axe, pistol, chainsaw and more
